China’s GDP grew 6.8% in H1 2018

Beijing. Jul 17. Silkroadnews – China’s GDP grew 6.8% in the first half of the year, the Xinhua news agency reported.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics of China, China’s gross domestic product increased 6.8% year on year in the first half of 2018 to 41.90 trillion yuan ($6.27 trillion)
In the second quarter, China’s GDP grew 6.7% year-on-year, which is slightly lower than in the first quarter, when growth was 6.8%.
