Italy increases its Kazakh oil import by 29.2% between January and April
Astana. June 2. Silkroadnews – Kazakhstan increased its unrefined oil and condensed gas export to Italy between this January and April. It has reached 7.2 mln tonnes or USD 6 bln in monetary equivalent. This signifies 29.2% increase in quantity and 26.5% increase in receivables compared to the subsequent 2013 period. This was reported by the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
As reported earlier, Kazakhstan has increased its unrefined oil and condensed gas export to non-Customs-Union countries to USD 21 bln or to 25 749 mln tonnes between this January and April. This signifies 15.2% increase in quantity and 13% increase in receivables compared to the subsequent 2013 period.
The main exporters of Kazakh oil in this period are:
Italy – 7.2 mln tonnes (+29.2% compared to the subsequent 2013 period0;
China – 3.6 mln tonnes (-2.1%);
Netherlands – 3 mln tonnes (-22.2%);
France – 2.6 mln tonnes (+22.3%);
Switzerland – 1.8 mln tonnes (+23.6%);
Austria – 1.7 mln tonnes (+1.5%)
