Oil refinery to be built in northern Afghanistan

Kabul. March 27. Silkroadnews – The oil refinery worth USD 1.3 bln is to be built in the northern city of Shibergan in Afghanistan, as Khaama Press reports.
The refinery is to process 6 000 barrels of oil a day.
It will also be able to produce 50 megawatts of energy a year
