Parents not allowing their daughters to go to school to be fined in Khost province, Afghanistan

Beijing. May 18. Silkroadnews - Tribal elders and residents of the Musa Khail district in Khost province have decided to fine five thousand Afghan families that prevent their daughters from going to schools, the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG) reports.
The governor of Musa Khail district, Gulab Mangal, said the tribal elders committed to send their daughters to schools, Ariana News writes.
Director of the education department of the province of Nasir Ahmad Roshan said, the public will assist in the opening of schools for girls, adding that for this he will ask for help from the government and charitable organizations to solve the problem of resources deficit to allow to educate more children.
