11 criminals have been eliminated and a major part of the stolen weapons has been withdrawn in the course of the antiterrorist operation in the west of Kazakhstan

Almaty. June 6. Silkroadnews – 11 criminals have been eliminated and 2 got arrested during the antiterrorist operation in Aktobe city of Kazakhstan, KazTAG reports.

“When carrying out sweep operations near “Pallada” shop police officers detained 5 people on suspicion of involvement in the crimes carried; the detained persons have been delivered to the Zavodskoy police department. Another five criminals have been eliminated and two arrested when resisted the police officers within the course of the night operational search,” the interior ministry reported on Monday.

The most part of the weapon stolen has been seized from the criminals detained. All the persons implicated in the assault related to robbery have been identified. Measures are taken for their search and arrests.

“The counterterrorist operation regime has been introduced in the Aktobe region at present. The personnel of the country’s law-enforcement agencies operate under the combat alert state announced,” the statement said.
With this it is also noted that the situation in Aktobe is stable, businesses and public transport operate in the normal course.  
According to the director of department of the state language and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Almas Sadubayev, during the attack on the armorer shop “Pallada” the seller who pressed the alarm button suffered multiple stabbing death. Of two employees of a private security company “Zhedel Kuzet” LLP, who came first on the call, one was killed and the second one suffered a gunshot wound.

From this shop the criminals seized 17 units of fire arms (3 rifle guns and 14 slug guns), 3 gas pistols, ammunition rounds and knives. The number of weapons and ammunition stolen from the shop is being specified through the inventory.

After the attack on “Pallada” shop the armed criminals divided into two groups. One, in the amount of 6 people, using a stolen patrol car attacked another armorer shop “Panther”, where killed one of the shop visitors and wounded the second one. When arrived at the shop the police officers in a shoot-out eliminated 3 criminals, one was wounded and arrested, two criminals managed to escape. Later they have been found outside the city and eliminated.

The second group of criminals captured the shuttle bus, put down the passengers. On this bus the criminals rammed into the gate of #6655 military base of the National Guard and, having penetrated into the territory of the base, staged a gunfight with the military base brigade and the police arrived. Run into resistance one group of criminals has been blocked, and the other escaped, A. Sadubayev said. During the shooting one of the criminals was eliminated and one wounded. Out of the National Guard brigade three militaries were killed and six wounded.
