16 thousand of military servants will take part in a military parade to celebrate Tajikistan's Independence Day

Almaty. September 6. Silkroadnews – 16 thousand of military servants will take part in a military parade to celebrate Tajikistan's Independence Day, Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reported on Tuesday.

«The upcoming military parade to be held in Dushanbe on the 25th anniversary of State independence of Tajikistan is expected to become the biggest in the country's modern history», the publication says with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The military parade will be held on the «Dusti» Square of the capital in the morning on September 8. The military parade will involve 16 000 military servants. In general, the festivities are expected to involve 25 000 troops from garrisons all over the country, including the horse cavalry.

On September 9 the capital will host a gala marathon parade attended by over 52 thousand participants to go from Rudaki Avenue to the street of Ismoil Somoni.

At present the full rehearsals of the upcoming parade and the festive performances are carried on the square of «Dusti» and the adjacent streets.
