5 tons of Kyrgyz honey will be exported to Malaysia

Almaty. October 19. Silkroadnews - 5 tons of Kyrgyz honey will be exported to Malaysia. This was announced by the president of "Kyrgyz Union of Beekeepers" Kazim Karaketov, transmits KyrTAG.
"Kyrgyz honey is exported to 18 countries, in particular, to China, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Pakistan. This year we opened two new countries for export - Malaysia and Japan. To Japan, we have already made three deliveries, about 6 tons of honey. Now our honey is presented in premium stores in Japan. To Malaysia will be soon exported five tons of honey", - said K.Karaketov on Monday.
He noted that the export of honey each year reaches about 800 tons.
According to him, the country needs to upgrade equipment.
