Beijing. February 12. Silkroadnews - 73 people were hospitalized in Turkey with suspected anthrax, 1 woman died, the Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG) reports with reference to RBC.
73 people have been hospitalized with suspicion of anthrax in the Turkish province of Akcaabat, one woman died at a medical facility. On February 1, one of the local residents treated meals with infected beef to her guests. Soon people began to complain about fatigue, heartburn and heat, the report said.
Local authorities have started an investigation, yet said there are no reasons for concern.
