"The signing of a protocol on making amendments and additions to the agreement provide the opening at the Kazakh-Chinese border new checkpoint "Nur Zholy" and further enhance trade and economic cooperation of Kazakhstan and China", - said in a statement.
It is noted that the need to open a new crossing point arose in order to implement the project of the international transit corridor "Western Europe-Western China".
