A new concept of tourism development is developed in Kyrgyzstan

Almaty. February 15. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan develops a new concept of tourism development, the Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Altynbek Maksutov stated, according to KyrTAG.
As the minister informs, a new concept directed to the tourism development will be presented to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic on February 26, 2016. The ministry is also working over a special website to attract the tourists.
“At present we allocate about 7 million som for the development of tourism. Half of these funds goes on staff salaries. The remaining part is not sufficient to develop the sector,” - said A. Maksutov.
To promote the tourism development and implement a new concept for this objective the Ministry of Culture asks for 50 million som. These funds shall go to advertise the country and improve the service sector.
