ADB will send to Afghanistan $858 million for infrastructure development

Almaty. November 9. Silkroadnews - The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and donor countries are going to send for the development of infrastructure in Afghanistan $858 million, reports The Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
Plans to invest in Afghanistan was made public during the meeting of Deputy Minister of Finance of IRA Mustafa Mastura and head of the ADB Takehiko Nakao in the Philippines.
According to the Ministry of Finance of the IRA, the grant is calculated on the period from 2017 to 2020 and will be aimed at increasing economic growth, energy development and the private sector, as well as the construction of modern infrastructure capable of ensuring security in the country.
