Kabul. July 2. Silkroadnews - Team of the presidential candidate Abdullah put foward electoral commissions six requirements that implies their return to the electoral process, according to Afghan news agency (AfTAG).
The first condition is to hold another round of voting in areas that are under suspicion of the mass ballot stuffing. Abdullah has supported this claim by the record evidence, presumably, of the former head of the secretariat Amarhel.
In addition, he suggested to cancel the voices from last round and to re-examine the voices from suspicious areas in the presence of new observers.
Abdullah also demanded to appoint a new head of the secretariat of IEC instead of Amarhel, who flew out of the country to Dubai on June 30.
It is also proposed to create an authorized delegation with representatives of both candidates that would present during all decision-making processes of election commissions. And the final requirement was put forward a new mechanism of fraud research.
"In response to our letter Electoral Commission rejected all of our recommendations. We have no choice accept to break relations with the commission",- said the representative of Abdullah Rahimi.
Election observers criticised IEC, stressing the duty of the Commission to find a way out of the impasse, damaging the electoral process.
At the moment, the election commission said that it is planned to conduct the electoral process in the framework of the already planned procedures.
Recall announcement of preliminary results of the second round of the presidential elections in Afghanistan, scheduled for July 2, has been postponed.
