Afghanistan and Tajikistan signed agreements to result in trade turnover doubling
Almaty. May 29. Silkroadnews – In Kabul authorities Afghanistan and Tajikistan signed trade and economic agreements between their countries, the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG) reports.
“The agreement realization will provide for the trade turnover raising more than twice to amount to $75 million versus the current $35 million”, report said.
It is noted that earlier the countries signed and successfully implemented five agreements on cooperation in transport, trade, railway communication, training of Afghan students in Tajik universities, creation of new jobs in Afghanistan, and implementation of the regional energy project CASA-1000.
