Afghanistan published the first book about minerals of the Republic

Almaty. November 12. Silkroadnews - Afghanistan published the first book on natural resources "Minerals of Afghanistan, contracts and problems", said Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
"The first part of the book is devoted to the quality and quantity of mines in Afghanistan, dates of studies and extraction of mines, mineral composition and location of mining", - said in a statement.
Information on the contracts of production, the terms of contracts and royalties applied by the Government presented in the second part of the book.
"The last section of the book examines the challenges facing the mining sector. Some of the issues over which reflects the author - is the lack of transparency in mining contracts, involvement of mafia and influential people in the illegal extraction of resources and the payment of royalties to the government and the Taliban", - stated in the information.
As reported, the book written by one of the engineers of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Oil, Anwar Mohammad Zaki.
