Afghanistan’s prime minister will pay an official visit to China

Almaty. May 12. Silkroadnews – On invitation by the Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang, Prime Minister of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah will pay an official visit to China on May 15-18, the Foreign Ministry Spokesman Lu Kang said, the Chinese media reported.

Mr. Kang said it will be the first official visit of A. Abdullah to China after taking the office as the head of the Afghan government.

The Chinese leaders will hold a series of meetings and negotiations with the Afghan prime minister to have thorough discussion on bilateral relations and other issues of countries’ mutual interests.
In addition to Beijing Abdullah Abdullah also plans to visit Urumqi.
