Almaty Board of Appeals upheld the verdict condemned on "horgos case"

Almaty. August 6. Silkroadnews - Almaty interdistrict military criminal court upheld the verdict condemned on "horgos case", transmits KazTAG.
"Appeals of Kayrbaev, Otarbayev, Zhakaev, Abdrahmanov, Kurmanaliev, Artykbaev to leave unsatisfied ", - said the chairman of the appeals board of the Military Court Aydin Nurbekov on Wednesday.
At the same time, Board of Appeals changed the verdict to Marlen Sadybekov for 2 year suspended sentence and ordered to release him from custody. In addition, during the court Seraliev was convicted under Art. 193 Part 2, part b of the Criminal Code of RK.
Two more appeals were partially met, the rest were left without satisfaction.
