Armenia will hold a referendum on constitutional reform

Almaty. October 9. Silkroadnews - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has appointed a referendum on constitutional reform on December 6, 2015, informed the Armenian media.
According to media reports, the constitutional reform implies transition to a parliamentary form of government.
On October 5 the Armenian parliament majority vote agreed to the holding of a referendum.
