As a punishment for drunk-driving it is proposed to deprive driver of driver's license for life in Kyrgyzstan

Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews – Akylbek Zhaparov, a deputy of «Bir Bol» faction of the Jogorku Kenesh, suggested the government to consider deprivation of drivers' licenses for those drivers caught driving while drunk for the second time, KyrTAG writes.

«Our faction proposes to suspend the driving license for five years for drivers under the influence, if the driver in case has been caught driving while drunk for the second time – our proposal is to deprive him/her of the driver's license for life», the deputy said.

He also added, «in case such offense is committed by the police officer, he/she is to be deprived of his/her driving license without right of license further recovery».
