Regarding the Wednesday evening fixing in dollar terms it declined by 8.55.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1111.301 (-6.096), and in British pound 878.278 (-5.564).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
