Almaty. February 29. Silkroadnews - Gold Ounces’ price was $1234.15 at the end of the morning interbank fixing in London.
Regarding the Friday evening fixing in dollar terms it raised by 7.65.
The cost of gold ounce in euros made 1131.461 (+10.942) and in British pounds 890.949 (+8.617).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT.
The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
