Regarding the Monday evening fixing in dollar terms it increased by 3.8.
The cost of gold ounce in euros made 1083.748 (-0.893) and in British pounds 838.044 (+3.017).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
