Bishkek. October 14. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has criticized the quality of the textbooks on the history of the Kyrgyz Republic, reports KyrTAG.
According to Atambayev, in textbooks there is "a lot of subjectivity in the assessment of the importance and role of certain historical figures".
The Head of State supported the proposal of the committee members to digitize documents in state archives.
"A very useful idea, the paper tends to succumb to time. It is necessary to seek funds from the budget, I, as president, will help. History must be preserved, crumbles Page - crumbling piece of our history",- said Atambayev.
