Azerbaijan from 2016 will start exporting electricity to Iran

Almaty. December 23. Silkroadnews - Azerbaijan in 2016 will begin to export electricity to Iran, reports Trend.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan, the agreement on the export of electricity has been achieved during the past in Tehran Xth session of the Azerbaijani-Iranian intergovernmental commission on economic, trade and humanitarian cooperation.
As noted in the Ministry, the parties agreed on export prices.
Also during the Commission addressed the issue of energy en route Iran-Azerbaijan-Russia and Iran-Azerbaijan-Georgia.
