Banks of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan agreed on mutual cooperation

Almaty. April 4. Silkroadnews – Tajik “Bank Eskhata” signed an agreement on mutual cooperation with “Asaka” bank of Uzbekistan, the Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reports.

“We hope the opening of the correspondent account will allow us strengthening trade and economic ties with our neighbor, help our clients to fulfill their obligations to Uzbek partners. We also believe that establishing correspondent relations with one of the largest Uzbek banks will contribute to implement a number of joint projects, develop leasing operations and agricultural products”, Khurshed Nosirov, Chairman of the Management Board of “Bank Eskhata”.

In terms of capital and assets “Asaka” is one of the leading banks in Uzbekistan.
