According to the published requirements in relation to the relevant provisions of organizations and individuals will take strict measures on the part of relevant structures. In addition, government agencies, groups, schools and other organizations at all levels should strengthen measures to bring to the attention of the general ban on the production, implementation and launch of "sky lanterns" to the capital's residents and foreign visitors voluntarily produce, master, not sold do not buy or do not start "sky lanterns".
It is noted that the launch of "sky lanterns" leads to personal injury and property damage to third persons, as a result of the strong winds and dry weather in Beijing can be a threat to buildings, forests, power lines, CEA and taking off or landing.
According to statistics from the Beijing police, only during the celebration of this year's Spring Festival in the Chinese capital, there were 18 incidents related directly with the launch of "sky lanterns".
