The committee stressed that the center of the policy will maintain restrictions on the purchase of property, which is required by his status as a capital and the need for sustainable development.
However, the Committee drew attention to the fact that recently the city authorities have expanded the category of economy-class housing, which is subject to tax relief. In fact it is already supporting families with ordinary income to acquire inexpensive and relatively small apartments, said the committee.
As explained by the agency, there was a message that was allegedly made ​​to the mayor of Beijing deregulation plan, which provides the gradual abolition of the 20% income tax of resaled apartments.
