Belarus and China signed a joint declaration on the development and deepening of partnership

In addition, the joint declaration means the development of trade, economic, credit and investment cooperation, promoting the development of entrepreneurial initiatives, strengthening cooperation in infrastructure construction, machinery, building materials, transport, telecommunications, energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, new materials electronics and microelectronics, the development of mineral resources, modernization of enterprises and other fields.
At the same time, the Ministry of Economy of Belarus and the Ministry of Commerce of China signed a memorandum on deepening economic cooperation between Belarus and China.
Also signed an agreement on scientific cooperation between the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. An intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of education.
Governments have also signed agreements on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, the establishment of cultural centers of Belarus and China in the two countries, on the technical and economic assistance.
Between the state military-industrial committee of Belarus and the State Administration of Defense Technology and Industry of China signed a memorandum of mutual understanding and cooperation.
In addition, were signed a number of agreements related to the development of interregional cooperation. In particular, an agreement on establishing friendly relations between the Minsk region and the provinces of Zhejiang, on cooperation between Gomel region and the province of Sichuan, the deepening of cooperation between the Grodnen region and Gansu Province, the establishment of sister city relations between Mogilev region and the province of Jiangsu.
Also, Belarusian Potash Company and a "Sinohem Group" signed a memorandum of cooperation for the period of 5 years, which involves buying and selling from 2015 to 2019 - 4 million tons of potash fertilizer. The total cost of planned to supply fertilizers in China is about $1.3 billion at current prices.
