According to the report the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan, under the anti-corruption expertise of draft documents means checking to identify their content in corruption-factors that can contribute to corruption in the process of enforcement.
During the anti-corruption expertise will be used official and unofficial information. The first category includes international treaties, official publications, statistics and reports, as well as the judicial practice. By unofficial information classified media reports, scientific publications and unofficial Internet resources, the report says.
Anti-corruption expertise of legal service can be carried out developer or agency receiving a document, as well as agencies with which projects should be coordinated. With its performance will be analyzed each rule or provision of the draft, as well as the level of compliance with its provisions to other legal instruments in this field, wrote Trend.
