Almaty. September 5. Silkroadnews – BRICS countries should strengthen coordination to rise the emerging markets and developing countries' role in international affairs, Chinese President Xi Jinping believes.

«Since the beginning of the year the cooperation between the BRICS countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa – have been keeping the positive development trend, expanding the areas of cooperation and achieving new results», «Xinhua» agency quoted Xi Jinping saying.

The BRICS countries rank the leading positions among the emerging markets and developing economies and are the important members of the G20, said the head of China, calling on the group members to strengthen the coordination to build, support and develop the BRICS platform and G20.
