China and Argentina have introduced a new visa regime

Almaty. August 3. Silkroadnews - State Tourism Administration of China recently demanded the local competent authorities to implement the Sino-Argentine agreement on visa facilitation, which recently entered into force, reports the newspaper "People's Daily".
"According to the agreement of the Chinese and Argentine governments on visa facilitation for tourists between the two countries, the period of issuance of individual tourist visa is reduced to 10 working days, and the period of issuance of group tourist visas - up to 5", - says the publication.
The above agreement was signed in February this year during the visit of the President of Argentina Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner to China. The Agreement entered into force in the middle of the season, which greatly simplifies the travel of Chinese tourists to Argentina. Also expected an increase of exchange tourists between the two countries.
In 2014, the number of Chinese tourists visiting Argentina increased by 25%.
