China by 2020 will create the institutional structure to promote environmental progress

Almaty. September 22. Silkroadnews - China has published the full text of a comprehensive plan of reform to promote environmental progress, reported Xinhua news agency.
The document was approved at a meeting of the Politburo on 11 September.
Development of the plan aims to build a beautiful China to improve relations between man and nature, and to resolve serious environmental problems.
The document stresses the need to ensure the environmental safety of the state, improving environmental quality and more efficient use of energy resources in the name of the formation of a new modern structure in which there is the harmonious development of man and nature.
