China established a corporation for mining rare earth metals with an authorized capital of $16.3 million

Almaty. April 17. Silkroadnews - China has established a large corporation for the extraction of rare earth metals, reports newspaper "Zhenmin Zhibao".
"The Chinese company, China Southern Rare Earth Group on April 16 is formally established in Jiangxi province in eastern China in the the framework of the state program for the development of industrial integration", - says the publication.
Corporate Headquarters is located in Ganchzhou, and registered capital is 100 million yuan ($16.3 million). Investors are three local companies.
Three shareholders by the end of this year will jointly complete the creation of the new company, which will continue to integrate other local companies, mining rare earth metals.
