China expresses strong dissatisfaction over Indian border troops’ actions against Chinese border guards

Almaty. August 22. Silkroadnews – China expresses strong dissatisfaction over behavior of Indian border troops against Chinese border guards, China Daily news agency reports.
“On Aug 15, Indian border troops obstructed Chinese border troops, who were conducting normal patrols in the Pangong Lake area, on the Chinese side of the Line of Actual Control, spokeswoman Hua Chunying said in a daily news conference in Beijing. The Indian troops “acted fiercely”, aggressively bumping into the Chinese personnel and injuring some through physical contact”, the report said.
According to Hua Chuning, the Indian side violated the relevant agreements the two countries reached to ensure peace and stability in the border areas and created a threat to the situation on the western sector of the China-Indian border.
In this regard, China has expressed its strong dissatisfaction and lodged solemn representations with India over the incident.
