China has set up a tourist union within the marine Silk Road

Almaty. May 12. Silkroadnews - China has set up a tourist Union in the framework of maritime Silk Road, informs Xinhua news agency.
"On May 9, China announced an alliance aimed at integrating regional tourism markets in the framework of the strategy "Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century". This intends to jointly develop 10 regions of mainland China - Fujian, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan - and two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao",- says the publication.
As noted, in the format of "10 + 2", has presented the first five routes that combine regions in the Union. Alliance members will jointly present these routes for potential tourists both in China and beyond.
The principle of operation of Tourist Union will share resources, joint development of markets, co-branding and benefit-sharing. It is expected to develop a plan of action for 2015-2017 years. By which it is planned to solve such problems as reducing barriers to tourism and transportation between the countries and regions covered by maritime Silk Road, the formation of a global tourism marketing area, the creation of widely recognized travel routes and products associated with maritime Silk Road.
