China invited more countries to join the BRICS summit

Almaty. August 28. Silkroadnews – China has invited leaders of more countries to join the BRICS summit, Russian newspaper Izvestia reported.
Chairing the BRICS this year China has invited more countries to join the summit, among them are Mexico, Guinea, Thailand and Tajikistan, the newspaper quoted Russian Ambassador to China Andrei Denisov saying.
According to him, such invitations are not rare, yet this time the invitation is notable for global approach.
China this time takes a global approach and invited the leaders of five states from different parts of the world: from Africa - Guinea, from Latin America - Mexico, from Southeast Asia - Thailand, from Central Asia - Tajikistan, A. Denisov said.
As the publication reminds, the BRICS summit will be held in the Chinese city of Xiamen (Fujian Province) on September 3-5. Earlier it became known the ministers of industry of the BRICS countries signed an action plan to deepen industrial cooperation between states.
