Almaty. October 28. Silkroadnews - China will develop a plan of humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and Pakistan, reported Xinhua news agency.
"The Ministry of Commerce of China has already begun to develop a preliminary plan of action to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and Pakistan, who are affected by a powerful earthquake", - the ministry said.
As recalled, on October 26 in Afghanistan, there was a strong earthquake of magnitude 7.8.
