China is ready to participate with Russia in Arctic projects

Almaty. November 20. Silkroadnews - China is ready to strengthen cooperation with Russia on the development of the Arctic, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei.
On Thursday, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Sergei Donskoi said that the Ministry of Natural Resources supports the involvement of Chinese partners and investment projects in the Russian Arctic, if the Chinese side will make the investment and technology.
He also noted that the partnership between the two countries will be allocated for infrastructure projects, such as infrastructure for mining.
