China’s industrial production grew 6% in 2016

Almaty. January 20. Silkroadnews – China’s industrial production grew 6% in 2016 mostly due to high-tech industries performance, the preliminary data released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China shows, “Xinhua” agency writes.

Thus, the annual rates of growth of China’s industrial production stay at the same level as within the first three quarters of 2016.

Formally, the industrial production in China is understood as the added value built at the major industrial enterprises of the country which annual income generated by their core business reach 20 million yuan or exceed this amount.

In December, in particular, this index grew 6% year-on-year or 0.46% on a monthly basis.
