Almaty. February 17. Silkroadnews - Premier Li Keqiang during a three-day inspection tour in Western China urged the central and western provinces of the country to accelerate economic development, says the agency "Xinhua".
"Calling the consumption in rural areas very important for the expansion of domestic demand, Li Keqiang asked the local authorities to improve the economic, health, environmental and infrastructural conditions of life", - said in a statement.
Premier also urged local governments to improve the system of student loans and other welfare policies, and proposed the development of measures to facilitate the movement of industries and to promote greater number of migrant workers to return home.
