China to buy a soybean yield in US at $4.5 billion

Almaty. July 14. Silkroadnews – China plans buying a soybean yield at $4.5 billion in the US, the US’s television channel NBC reported.
“Iowa farmers received a major boost after the Chinese delegation in Des Moines signed commitments to purchase nearly all of Iowa’s soybeans. The $4.5 billion deal to buy 460 million bushels of soybeans is concluded a week before the Governor of Iowa Kim Reynolds is expected to lead the US agricultural trade mission in China”, report says.
In addition, it is reported, the Chinese delegation, which included seven large companies, also signed contracts for pork and beef.
