China to develop draft law regulating the property rights protection

Almaty. March 16. Silkroadnews – China plans to develop draft law regulating the protection of property rights, the newspaper “People’s Daily” writes.
“The State Council has already assigned the appropriate departments to develop draft bills that would regulate the protection of the right on the real estate as soon as possible”, the publication said quoting Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang speaking after closing of the 5th session of the 12th National People’s Congress.
Also, he added, the owners of residential houses, who enjoy the 70-year right to use state lands, after the expiration of the land use may extend it. For this they will not need to file applications or meet other conditions.
