Thus, the share of China in the global SUV market is 26%. In the next 1-2 years the annual sales volume of SUV in China will be 6.29 million units, which will exceed the US - 5.72 million pieces. Thus, China will become the world's largest market for SUV.
Judging by the nature of the transaction, SUV of domestic production is getting big popularity. In 2014, China's SUV sales of domestic brands reached 1.82 million units, while sales of foreign, especially European brands, amounted to only 990 thousand pieces.
