China will provide emergency humanitarian aid to Tajikistan in the amount of $ 1.6 million

Almaty. August 6. Silkroadnews - China will provide humanitarian aid to the regions of Tajikistan affected by the landslide. The aid amounts to 10 million yuan ($ 1.6 million), reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
Ministry of Commerce of China as soon as possible will arrange the transfer of the mentioned humanitarian assistance and will continue to monitor the situation of the natural elements in Tajikistan.
Recall, as a result of natural disasters in July were damaged Shugnan, Vanj, Darwaz, Rushan, Rasht and Tavildara regions of Tajikistan, killing seven people. Destroyed 200 houses, tens of kilometers of roads, shore structures, bridges, power lines and other infrastructure. The material damage is estimated at $100 million.
