Chinese investors proposed to take part in gold development field in Kyrgyzstan

Almaty. July 28. Silkroadnews - The British Highland Gold Mining (HGM), which is top ten biggest gold producing companies of Russia, proposed the Chinese investors to take part in the development of Unkurtash field in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the TASS news agency, John Mann, HGM executive director made the statement at the fields of the Chinese gold producing congress.
"The only project we have discussed with the Chinese companies is Unkurtash in Kyrgyzstan. We believe it is a very good opportunity. Probably jointly with the Chinese partners we might invest in this field development," he said.
The HGM representative has not disclosed the details of negotiations and possible investment volumes, but he said "the project has been discussed with all the leading companies in China".
"Hopefully, not only for us, but for all the Russian companies it is a good cooperation opportunity with our Chinese partners," he said.
