Chinese tourists’ groups can visit Belarus without visas starting from September
Almaty. August 10. Silkroadnews – Chinese tourists within tour groups can visit Belarus without visas starting from September 2016, BelTA writes.
“Protocol to the Agreement between the governments of Belarus and China on mutual visa-free tourist group travels entered into force on August 5. According to the protocol, tourist groups consisting of five or more people and organized by travel agencies designated by each of the contracting parties may enter the territory of the other country without visas”, the publication says.
As noted, the group members shall have with them their documents as required for traveling abroad, while the group leaders shall have an invitation letter from the tourist organizations as designated by other country’s contracting side.
Besides, starting from the last year, the Chinese tourists can enter without a visa and stay in Belarus for up to three days. Such order is valid for Chinese citizens arriving by direct flights from China with valid visas of the EU member or member of Schengen zones state in their passports.
