CMTPL law will come into force in Kyrgyzstan since February 2019

Almaty. August 4. Silkroadnews – The law on Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability of vehicle owners (CMTPL) comes into force on February 7, 2019. The relevant act has been signed by President Almazbek Atambayev, KyrTAG says.
The law provides for changes in terms of entry into force of the Law “Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability of vehicle owners”. According to the changes made, the law shall come into force as of February 7, 2019.
Prior to the changes the article stated the law to come into force in six months after the date of its official publication, i.e. as of February 7, 2016.
