Almaty. April 2.  Silkroadnews - Cooperation with the OSCE is one of the main priorities of the foreign policy of Tajikistan, reported TajikTA citing the president of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The Head of State praised the OSCE's role in conflict prevention, crisis management and addressing post-conflict reconstruction.
In this regard, he expressed confidence that the OSCE will play an important role in preventing crises and preventing artificial barriers to constructive cooperation in Central Asia.
Futhermore, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in strengthening the state border with Afghanistan, preventing terrorist and extremist threats, the fight against drugs.
Among other things, special attention was paid to the issues of democracy and civil society, human rights and media freedom.
