Death penalty is offered for pedophiles in Kyrgyzstan

Almaty. August 16. Silkroadnews – Deputy faction “Onuguu-progress” submitted for public discussion the law on amendments to the current Constitution on the death penalty for pedophiles, KyrTAG reports.
The Article 21 of Kyrgyzstan’s constitution is proposed to be added with words “the death penalty is prohibited, except for crimes made against sexual inviolability of minors”.
“We shall toughen the legislation on responsibility for pedophiles, including the death penalty. In case the deputies support us, such provision will be added to the current Constitution”, the leader of “Onuguu-Progress” faction Bakyt Torobaev said.
