Destabilization of the situation on the borders will discuss the CSTO summit in Moscow

Almaty. December 21. Silkroadnews - Destabilization of the situation at the borders will be discussed at the summit of Collective Security Treaty Organization in Moscow on Monday, reported Tass.
According to the Russian leader's aide Yuri Ushakov, the main issue on the agenda of the summit will be the order of rotation of the CSTO Secretary General of the Organization and other officials. At the same time the Kremlin official did not rule out that the post of Secretary General will be transferred to the representative of Armenia, as the rotation will be carried out in alphabetical order.
It is also expected that leaders will be adopt a statement on the fight against terrorism.
He added that other topics of the summit will be the intensification of terrorist and extremist groups, and the destabilization of the situation on the borders of the CSTO. In addition, it is expected to agree on the joint efforts of Member States for the termination of the so-called "war of monuments".
Meanwhile, at a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council leaders will sum up the first year of the Union and discuss the new composition of the board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. As the head previously was agreed a former Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. It also assumes that each country of EAEC at the collegue will be represented not by three, but by two people.
It is expected that the leaders will give instruction to Eurasian Commission to prepare a "road map" of cooperation with China, which will include a list of priority joint projects.
In addition, the summit will discuss relations with Ukraine and Turkey. In particular, Russia will raise the issue of the need to take joint measures to minimize the effects of start functioning from January 1, 2016 a free trade zone Ukraine and the European Union. Also, the Russian Federation proposed to discuss the issue of application of "black schemes" to bypass the Russian food embargo imposed on the United States, European Union and other countries.
It also reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the leaders of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and Almazbek Atambayev. It is expected that the negotiations with Mr. Nazarbayev will discuss regional and international issues, including the situation in Syria and Ukraine.
The central topic of conversation with the head of the Russia with the leader Kyrgyzstan will be trade and economic cooperation in the context of accession to the Eurasian Economic Union. In particular, the Heads of State will touch upon issues of cooperation in the energy sector, as well as some aspects of Russian support to adapt to the norms of the KR into EAEC.
