Beijing. May 2. Silkroadnews - The DPRK leader Kim Jong Un agreed to hold a meeting with the US President Donald Trump at the border truce village of Panmunjom on the border of the DPRK and South Korea, the Kyrgyz Telegraph Agency (KyrTAG) with reference to TASS on Wednesday.
According to the source, it was the South Korean President Moon Jae In, who convinced the leader of the DPRK to hold the talks in Panmunjom.
Reportedly, Kim Jong Un has agreed on this border point, as it has already been equipped duly to carry out the high-level meeting. The meeting may take place at the end of May on the North Korean side of the border. Moon Jae In may also attend the meeting to take part.
To remind, on April 27 Panmunjom hosted the meeting between the leader of the DPRK and the South Korean President. Kim Jong Un has become the first North Korean leader to visit South Korea since 1953.
